| The is a new addition to our largest and best large large lot subdivision. We have recently acquired 80 acres on the western edge of our South Fork Ridge property. These parcels are rare because they straddle the ridge itself, giving you 360 degree views of the surrounding area. To the South is the Silver Valley with Silver Mountain and the Eaglecrest Golf Course and to North, millions of acres of the Coeur d'Alene National Forest. The South Fork Ridge is undergoing a major facelift with a new road system and utilities which should be completed by the Spring of 2008. We are working on splitting the property into 10s and 20s positioning the lots with views and privacy in mind.
